Staff has prepared plans for a bituminous overlay project as presented in the 2017-2021 Capital Improvement Program. These plans are ready for obtaining bids. | | |
| | | | | | | | Discussion:
The City has been doing bituminous overlays for a number of years as part of the city’s pavement management program. Attached is the CIP sheet showing a cost estimate for the project of $2,020,000.00 including engineering costs. Current estimates for this project is $1,960,000.00 including engineering costs. | | |
| | | | | | | | Budget Impact:
This project affects the Capital Improvement fund with some funding out of the sanitary sewer, surface water and water utility for utility adjustments and repairs. | | |
