The EDA is allowed to modify the TIF Spending Plan prior to the December 31, 2022. Dorsey, our outside legal counsel for TIF matters, has recommended some minor modifications to the adopted TIF Spending Plan to allow funds to be used for the renovations at River City Centre. Staff will bring forward the language to change the plan at the November 1, 2022 EDA meeting. |
