Proposed fees for Rental Housing Ordinance.

Provide feedback and staff will then bring forward an Ordinance amending the fee schedule for the fees effective January 1, 2023.

Discussion:

Council has previously adopted a Property Maintenance Code and a Rental Housing Ordinance.  

 

As part of those presentations, staff had some suggestions for rental housing fees.  This program needs to cover as much costs as possible for inspections and management.

 

Staff has completed additional research and worked with our consultant on permitting and will present suggested fees for discussion.
