Adopt Resolution R2022-128, appointing  Jim Weiler to the Board of Adjustment and Appeal and the Planning Commission.
Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution R2022-128, appointing  Jim Weiler to the Board of Adjustment and Appeal and the Planning Commission.
Discussion:

Staff received a resignation letter from Bennet Olupo from the BOAA and Planning Commission. His term was to expire on February 28, 2023.

 

The policy states that the council may fill the vacant position with a mid-term appointee who will serve out the remainder of the unexpired term. In such case, the interview committee will refer any qualified applicants from the current year applicants kept on file with the city clerk for council action.

 

The interview committee recommends Jim Weiler to fill the remainder of this term.
