Staff has previously presented a concept plan for the reuse of the Schroeder House.  Based on feedback received, Confluence will provide an updated concept plan.

The State of Minnesota recently approved the application for both the Schroder House and the outbuilding for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places.  The 106 Group is completing the final nomination for submission to the State Historic Preservation Office and eventually to the Keeper of the Register at the National Park Service.

Once feedback is received, Confluence will be working with Miller Dunwoody on final architectural plans to be bid out.  Staff will be back to council with a recommendation for a Construction Manager as Agent to manage the project.
