Approve Resolution 7838, a resolution approving plans and ordering the advertisement of bids. | | |

Staff has prepared plans for the rehabilitation of Fire Station No. 1 rear parking lot. Due to the age and condition of the bituminous pavement, staff recommends replacement with concrete pavement. | | |

In 2015, the front parking lot of Fire Station No. 1 was reconstructed to concrete pavement. The rear parking lot is in need of repair and upgrading to concrete pavement will handle the weight of the fire trucks. The cost of replacing the parking lot is estimated at $154,000.00. | | |
