Tobacco License Renewals for 2023.
Policy/Action Requested:
Approve the Tobacco Business Licenses for 2023.
Recommendation:
Approve the above requested motion.
Discussion:

The City Council is asked to renew tobacco business licenses for 2023. A list of the businesses that have applied for renewal is attached.

 

Prior to the issuance of a licenses, both Scott County and Shakopee Public Utilities are contacted to verify that there are no outstanding property taxes or utility bills.
