Staff recommends denial of THC license for Top Star Market LLC due to multiple compliance check failures and violations.
Discussion:

Top Star Market LLC., located at 615 Marschall Road, has submitted an application for a THC License. Staff has reviewed the application, and it is in order. The required training has been completed, and all documentation has been submitted.

 

The application was submitted to the Police Department for review, and it has been advised that, due to multiple compliance check failures and violations, it is recommending denial of a THC License for Top Star Market LLC.
