On February 7, 2023 City Council denied the issuance of a THC license to Shakopee Express One located at 1148 Vierling Drive East. Staff was asked if there was any way to discuss this further and Mr. Gharwal was told the steps to take to request a hearing.
Whereby, on February 8, 2023 the office of the City Clerk received the attached request for a hearing to council about the denial of the license. | | |
