On January 17, 2023 City Council denied the issuance of a THC license to Top Star Market located at 616 Marschall Rd., and Nicollet Tobacco located at 185 1st Avenue East. Staff was asked if there was any way to discuss this further and Mr. Manasra was told the steps to take to request a hearing.
Whereby, on February 3, 2023 the office of the City Clerk received the attached request for a hearing to council about the denial of the license. | | |
