Staff received two applications for THC licenses. Both applications were sent to the Police Department for review. On January 17, 2023 the City Council approved the denial of the THC licenses for Top Star Market and Nicollet Tobacco.
Sined Manasra, the owner of both locations, reached out to staff and submitted a request to appeal the denial of both licenses. | | |
