All work for this project has been completed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is a Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $56,500.00 and the actual final costs of $56,500.00. All required project documentation has been received and is compliant. The project will be closed out upon issuance of final payment to the contractor in the amount of $7,345.00. | | |
