Emily Becker, representing M/I Homes has applied for the Final Plat of Valley Crest Third Addition, which is the final phase of development of Valley Crest. The Valley Crest PUD and first phase of development was approved in the summer of 2021. This particular plat consists of 45 Villa lots and 22 Carriage lots, for a total of 67 lots. All three of the house styles offered in Valley Crest are single-family homes. The total number of lots in Valley Crest is 175. 

The public open space areas for Valley Crest were all dedicated with the first addition and this final plat will dedicate the right-of-way stubs to the adjacent parcel to the west (Shakopee Gravel) and to the north (Hawkins property). The proposed Final Plat complies with the approved preliminary plat and the Valley Crest PUD, so staff is recommending approval of this final plat.
