Authorize the execution of a Professional Services Agreement in the amount of $171,056 with WSB, to perform construction services for private development construction projects in 2023. | | |

In recent years, City staff has relied on Developers to provide construction services for new developments. The fee paid to the City for engineering review was reduced because the City had previously been responsible for construction services.
Staff believes it is in the best interest of the City to have a third party provide construction services to observe that plans and specifications are followed and appropriate documentation is made. | | |
