Text amendments to the Major Rec Zone

Open Public Hearing. Take comments.  Close Public Hearing.  Recommend changes to the City Council.

Recommendation:
Recommend changes to the City Council.
Discussion:

The Planning Commission and City Council adopted changes to the Major Rec Zone that allowed housing and modified setbacks. 

 

Since that time, the City Council adopted a Comprehensive Plan Amendment that allows housing at a density not to exceed 28 units per acre.  The proposed changes bring the Major Rec Zone PUD requirements in line with the Comprehensive Plan requirements.
