Declare forfeited vehicle as surplus property.

Declare one forfeited vehicle as surplus property and authorize disposal.
Recommendation:
Approve policy/action as requested
Discussion:

The vehicle was obtained through forfeiture proceedings and is described as follows:

 

1.  2001 GMC Yukon, VIN: 3GKFK16TX1G100829

 

If the vehicle is suitable for resale will be sold at auction and the proceeds, if any, will be distributed according to Minnesota State Statute.  If the vehicle is unsuitable for resale, it will be junked.
