The Shakopee Community Education Advisory Council provides input to the Community Education staff similar to the input the PRAB gives to the Parks and Recreation Department. In past years, a member of the PRAB has served as the liaison from the City pertaining to parks and recreation activities. But due to lack of volunteers, this position has been vacant for the past two years; therefore, I will be serving as the liaison.
