Declare forfeited vehicle as surplus property.

Declare one forfeited vehicle as surplus property and authorize disposal.
Recommendation:
Approve policy/action as requested.
Discussion:

The vehicle was obtained through forfeiture proceedings and is described as follows:

 

1.  2006 Toyota Corolla, VIN: 1NXBR30E56Z729281

 

The vehicle suitable for resale will be sold at auction and the proceeds, if any, will be distributed according to Minnesota State Statute.  If the vehicle unsuitable for resale, it will be junked.
