Declare three firearms, ammunition and accessories as surplus property and authorize disposal.
Recommendation:
Approve policy/action as requested.
Discussion:

The three firearms with ammunition and accessories were obtained through forfeiture proceedings and are described as follows:

 

1. Nitro Hunter Shotgun

2. Walter PPQ45 Handgun and accessories

3. Glock 19 Handgun with magazines and ammunition
