Parks and Recreation uses MaxGalaxy software for activity registrations, managing community center memberships, scheduling facilities and point of sale processing. MaxGalaxy was acquired by ActiveNetwork and our agreement with them has expired. We have been working with them under a verbal agreement as we have discussed ongoing changes that we would like to see made to the system. A draft of the contract is attached to this agenda item but it is still subject to further staff and legal review. | | |
