The Scott County Community Development Agency would like to propose managing our future state-supplied affordable housing funds. They will make a presentation on one way this could work. 

The CDA has affordable housing as one of its core missions and has the manpower and expertise to assist managing these funds. The City of Shakopee does not have affordable housing as a core competency and does not employ those who have expertise in the effort.
