Declare forfeited vehicles as surplus property

Declare two vehicles as surplus property and authorize disposal.
Recommendation:
Approve policy/action as requested
Discussion:

The vehicles were obtained through forfeiture proceedings and are described as follows:

 

1. 2005 Honda Civic, VIN #1HGES16535L017049

2. 2005 Toyota Corolla, VIN #2T1KR32E55C353940

3. 2005 Toyota Corolla, VIN #1NXBR32E35Z402955

 

The vehicles suitable for resale will be sold at auction and the proceeds, if any, will be distributed according to Minnesota State Statute.  The vehicles unsuitable for resale will be junked.
