The police department moved to Axon body worn cameras in 2023. That agreement did not include the mobile, squad car portion of the agreement, which allows us to have everything on one platform. The proposed, attached agreement will last five years and matches the agreement for the body worn cameras.

The city has budgeted funds for this project in the equipment fund. We are adding a squad car and personnel in 2024. The total for the agreement is $175,113.60. The equipment fund will cover $128,000 of the costs and the remaining balance ($47,113) will be paid with Tribal funds.
