CA Nails has been a long term tenant at River City Centre.  

Their previous lease was very complicated and had them paying a percentage of taxes and operations, which was very hard to explain and calculate.

The new lease is strictly on a per square foot basis.  This brings their lease in line with the majority of the leases.
