City staff has determined it is in the best interest of the City to stop our relationship with RJM Construction as Construction Manager as Agent. This agreement facilitates that decision and provides a mutual release from RJM performing any further obligations under the contract. Neither party waives its rights to cause of actions occurring before the work stoppage date of midnight, February 10, 2024. | | |
