This land was dedicated to the city for a park in 1971 and there was not sufficient development to do additional park improvements.  The area has now filled in and includes The Emblem Apartments and Summergate Development of single family homes. The park is connected to both with trails and sidewalks.

Staff has prepared a concept plan that creates a meadow under the powerlines and provides some playground equipment that takes advantage of the grades and views.
