The Scott County adopted Transportation Capital Improvement Plan programs the construction of a single lane roundabout at the intersection of County Road 69 and 78. The improvements are proposed to address safety and operational deficiencies. Scott County is in the process of preparing plans and specifications for the improvements and construction is planned for summer 2024. 

The Cooperative Maintenance Agreement will establish the maintenance responsibilities for the improvements. The City will be responsible for the following maintenance items within City limits only: electrical energy and minor maintenance for streetlights, snow removal on trails (done at at our discretion), and cost sharing for its share of stormwater management and trail maintenance.
