|
| | | | | | | | Subject: The State requires a public hearing anytime the EDA is going to dispose of land. This public hearing will allow for any public comment on two property sales. Both advertised in the local newspaper. |
| | | | | | | | Policy/Action Requested: Open the public hearing, hear public comment, close public hearing, and then vote separately on the two resolutions disposing of property at Hwy 69 and Vierling. The Board has previously approved the contracts. |
| | | | | | | | Recommendation: Open the public hearing. Close the public hearing. Adopt the two resolutions on independent votes, Resolution No. E2018-008 for Doggie Doo's Spa & Retreat Inc. and Resolution No. E2018-009 for
Shak RTC, LLC (Topaz Investments assignment to a LLC) |
| | | | | | | | Discussion: The Board has previously approved the agreements to sell the two properties on EDA owned property at Hwy 69 and Vierling. This public hearing is required to finalize these agreements. The hearing for each property was published in the local newspaper. Topaz has assigned its interests already to a LLC for the development. The third agreement for Trinity has to be delayed until that final plat is approved. |
