John Mesenbrink, representing Maras Street LLC, property owner, has applied for a vacation of certain public drainage and utility easements on the two parcels located at 1465 Maras Street. 

The applicant has proposed to vacate certain easements on the site and combine the two parcels with a preliminary and final plat that will be reviewed by Planning Commission on May 9th and tentatively reviewed by the City Council on May 21, 2024.  As part of the preliminary / final plat process the applicant is proposing to dedicate the necessary easements for current and future development of the site.
