The tenant is currently renting $2,421 square feet of space at River City Centre under a five year lease that expires at the end of May 2024.  The tenant is currently paying approximately $18.58 a square foot.  The new lease is slightly lower and in line with other leases recently approved.  The tenant needs few services, unlike other tenants that have put huge demands on trash and recycling services. 

This is a three year lease that allows the EDA flexibility with the corner to allow a future use that may have more customer focused presence, ie retail.
