Policy/Action Requested: Approve Resolution R2023-017 accepting monetary donation of $3000.00 from Loeffler Construction & Consulting


Recommendation: Approve Resolution R2023-017 accepting monetary donation of $3000.00 from Loeffler Construction & Consulting


Discussion: The City has received a monetary donation from Loeffler Construction & Consulting in the amount of $3000.00. This donation will be used to fund the Huber Park Series. The City of Shakopee appreciates the generosity of Loeffler Construction & Consulting and their support of Parks & Recreation programming. The City's donation policy requires a 2/3 vote to accept cash donations over $1000.00 and donations of real property.


Budget Impact: This donation will be used to fund the Huber Park Series
