As part of the renovation of Sand Venture, a pro forma was completed that identified the need to increase prices to better align with the market value of similar municiple facilites and well as account for the additional amenities that will be added as part of the renovation. | | |

Based on the prices proposed and utilizing 2023 attendance records, staff estimate an increase in revenue of approximately $175,000 per season. | | |
