Kompan has designed a specialized playground for Jackson Commons.  The normal discount for product under their contract is 10-15%, however, Kompan would like to use the park as a show piece for their special equipment and are providing a very large discount to create a one-of-a-kind park that celebrates the Shakopee area agricultural history.  The purchase of equipment and installation and surfacing are under the City of Shakopee's OMNIA Partners agreement. OMNIA Partners is a group purchasing agreement for schools and governments that provides discounted rates to its members.

These are large custom pieces that have a very long lead time and need to be made and shipped from Europe.  

The surfacing will be solid surface material on hill side and engineered mulch around the other equipment.
