Kraus Anderson has been working on the park plans with Confluence and Westwood Engineering.  They are comfortable with the proposed construction budget and will be working now on developing final bidding scope and preparing final bidding notices and categories. 

We have worked with them on a not to exceed price based on scope and schedule and their preconstruction services.  If there is some issue in the future like a major delay or unknown construction issue that is encountered that would extend the construction, staff will come back to Council for a change order.

Current schedule calls for construction this fall with a break for winter conditions and then installation of the playground surfacing, second lift on the parking lot and touch up in spring 2025 and a fall 2025 planting of the trees.
