Staff received an application for on-sale and Sunday liquor licenses for El Gallo Loco Restaurant LLC., located at 911 1st Avenue East. The application is in order. The license is conditioned upon all fees being paid in full and all inspections being passed.

The Police Department has conducted a background investigation and found nothing that would prohibit issuance of the licenses.
