Staff recommends that council declare property as surplus and authorize its disposal by way of local auction/online public auction. | | |

The Shakopee Police Department is requesting the approval to declare the attached property as surplus and authorize its disposal. Items attached have exceeded the required hold time and considered abandoned by the owner. Any efforts to identify property owners have been unsuccessful. Property deemed appropriate will be donated to the city-wide 'Torch Run' silent auction or a third-party on-line auction. Any unacceptable items will be destroyed. | | |
