Declare one forfeited vehicle as surplus property and authorize disposal.
Recommendation:
Approve policy/action as requested
Discussion:

The vehicle was obtained through forfeiture proceedings and are described as follows:

 

1. 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, VIN: 1J8HR58236C111444

 

The vehicles suitable for resale will be sold at auction and the proceeds, if any, will be distributed according to Minnesota State Statute.  The vehicles unsuitable for resale will be junked.
