RJM was removed from the SandVenture project in January 2024 after multiple performance issues. However, RJM had conducted work and expended sums on the project and should be compensated for those efforts and expenditures. This agreement between the city and RJM will finalize those payments and will finalize our relationship. | | |

The $270,000 payment for services performed to date of separation by RJM will come from the SandVenture Construction account. | | |
