At its May 2, 2023 meeting, the City Council approved a Professional Services Agreement with WSB to provide construction services in 2023 for private development improvements. At the end of the 2023 season, a portion of the budget remained unused from this agreement. WSB used this excess budget to provide services for the beginning of the 2024 construction season, which has now been exhausted. City staff recommend approving WSB's proposal to complete the construction inspection services through the 2024 construction season.
WSB's proposal is subject to the Master Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between the City and WSB dated August 7, 2024. | | |

WSB's proposal to complete the construction services for the remaining 2024 construction season is based on a not to exceed amount of $101,248. Funding for these services is paid for by engineering fees collected with private developments. | | |
