The Facilities Division has identified several pieces of office equipment that are no longer in use and have been in storage for an extended period of time. At this time, staff is requesting to declare the equipment as surplus property and authorize its disposal. All items will be listed on a public online auction, and any items unable to be sold will be disposed. 

The surplus items are as follows and have photos attached:

-          Six sets of cubicle walls and desks

-          Twelve small desk file cabinets

-          Twenty-four overhead cabinets with locks

-          Six 5-drawer lateral file cabinets
