The 2024 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) includes a project to upgrade the automated supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. This project is a continuation of the SCADA expansion from the feasibility report prepared in 2020.
City staff needs assistance from a design consultant to complete the design and bidding phase. City staff has worked with AE2S to develop the scope of work needed to deliver the plans and specifications. AE2S has the experience, technical skills and capacity to provide the needed services and is part of the city's consultant pool. A Master Services Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between the City and AE2S was approved by council on August 7, 2024. | | |
