| | | | | | | | Discussion:
The City's adopted Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) programs the resurfacing of the courts at Stans Park in 2024. The tennis courts have reached their useful life and the improvements are proposed to remove the existing courts and replace with a new bituminous surface and paint.
For the color covering of the recently resurfaced courts, three quotes were obtained; Court Surface and Repairs Inc. placed the lowest price, offering $25,575.00. Courts Surfaces and Repairs Inc. is considered as a responsible bidder and offers the expertise required for the project.

- Upper Midwest Athletic Construction $47,870.00
The project's $119,574.00 blacktop portion was approved at the prior council meeting on August 7th, 2024. The total cost for both contractor's add up to $145,149.00. See table below. | | |
