| | | | | | | | Subject: Comprehensive Plan Amendment - Reguide property at 12321 Marystown Road to Commercial Land Use | | |
| | | | | | | | Policy/Action Requested: Approve Resolution No. R2018-043, a resolution approving the comprehensive plan amendment of property located at 12321 Marystown Road to Commercial land use, and move its adoption. | | |
| | | | | | | | Recommendation: Staff Recommendation
Planning staff did not receive any outside agency comments or concerns. Staff supports this request, as there are no outstanding issues/concerns with the request and it will be consistent with the surrounding property and with the suggested guiding as noted in the 2030 Comprehensive Plan (as it was located in Jackson Township and a staging plan was not adopted at that time, the 2030 Comp Plan only provided a suggested guiding for any future proposals).
Planning Recommendation
On April 5th, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed the project, and by a 6-0 vote, forwarded a recommendation of approval regarding the applicant’s request, subject to compliance with Resolution No. R2018-043.
