John Mesenbrink has applied to vacate all of the drainage and utility easements in the Stagecoach Business Center plat. Mr. Mesenbrink has also applied for a new plat to combine two lots in this plat to allow for construction of a roughly 50,000 square-foot building for Universal Stone, Inc. The applicant intends to dedicate the necessary drainage and utility easements in the new plat. | | |
