Forward a positive recommendation to the City Council of the proposed vacation of certain drainage and utility easements in the Stagecoach Business Center plat.

Recommend that the City Council approve the vacation request as presented, on the condition that easements deemed necessary by the Engineering Department are dedicated by the new plat.

John Mesenbrink has applied to vacate the drainage and utility easements on two lots of the Stagecoach Business Center.

The applicant intends to combine the two vacant lots and dedicate new drainage and utility easements to allow for the construction of a building (see attached drawings). The applicant has submitted a plat application with the necessary drainage and utility easements provided.
